HIGH DENSITY TRANSFORMER BOARD
AS PER IEC 60641-3-1, TYPE B.3.1A
We offer High Density Pre-compressed Press board (Transformer Board) in sheets form with thickness (0.8 – 6.0) mm. The master sheet size offered (4000 X 2100) mm, which
is cut into standard sheet size (4000 X2100) mm, (3200 X 2100) mm, (2000 X 1050)
mm. Other sheet sizes are available on request with a minimum quantity of 5.0 MT.

The laminated pre-compressed boards are hot press dried with a
Adhesive and are made of unbleached softwood sulphate pulp.

DENSIFIED WOOD SHEETS & COMPONENTS
Laminated Densified Wood is a high density insulating material comprised of layers
of premium grade 100% beech wood vaneer in accordance with international
standards IEC/DIN. The total insulation thickness is obtained by bonding the
individual layers. This material is primarily used in cryogenic (very cold
temperature) applications ranging from ambient o conditions down to -300 F and
simultaneously possesses strong insulating properties which makes it suitable for
electrical applications in electrical transformers upto 765 kv Class. This has
excellent electrical property, good insulation and can withstand high mechanical
load varying in temperature.
EPOXY GLASS FIBER SHEET
The product adopts 7628 glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by hot
pressing. It has high mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance and
humidity resistance. Products are widely used in mechanical, electronic and
electrical equipment as components of insulation parts. The products have higher
mechanical properties, electrical properties and high thermal mechanical strength.
